Mission

At Albert Family Orthodontics, we enjoy helping our patients improve their dental health through our high quality, state-of-the-art orthodontic care. We want your orthodontic treatment to be much more than a better smile and improved bite; we want you to feel like a member of our extended orthodontic family by offering our services in a warm, friendly and caring environment.

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

You may be amazed at how short many of our appointments are. We believe that you did not come to out office to spend an hour or so waiting to be seen. Therefore, we have spent a great deal of time training ourselves how to work together as a team, so each appointment is scheduled properly.

Financial

It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. For the convenience of our patients, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Along with a low initial down payment, we offer no-interest, in-house financing to help make your treatment more affordable. We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs.

Insurance

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
